About Us
Description:

Hi, Captain Phil here, welcome to A Fishin’ Mission…

I’ve been fishing Sanibel Island pretty much all my life, and a fishing charter guide here for the past 10 years. My friends all know that if I’m not home they can pretty much bet I’m out on the water, either on a fishing charter, or just out having fun fishing. It’s what I do for both work and play.Mike Sal and son Andrew come down and fish with me for the last 6  years.  This time in Oct. a great month to fish the  Sanibel Captiva area. We have many different fish to target this time of year. This trip with the tide low and waiting on water to come in we went for pompano. Hooked many  and only landed  one. Other fish were in the mix as well. Spanish mac, blue fish, jacks, and more.  We then headed for some red fish. As we went onto the flat I spotted some fish we stoped and tried for 30 min and they showed no interest. We moved to another spot and non stop redfish bite.  Andrews big one was 32″ .A FISHIN MISSION

Call now for my special Summer fishing charter value, added to every trip !

My specialty is inshore fishing the waters surrounding beautiful Sanibel Island and Captiva Island, where you’ll find some of the finest light-tackle fishing in the world. Because of the fantastic weather here, we’re able to fish year-round for some of the most sought after species of game-fish, including Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish. They’re all here pretty much all the time, but there are seasons where one species may be more prevalent. Get any of these fish on the line, and you better hang on!Mike Sal and son Andrew come down and fish with me for the last 6  years.  This time in Oct. a great month to fish the  Sanibel Captiva area. Sanibel redfish pass and captiva pass

I fished with Marty from New Hampshire a regular who fishes with me 6-10 times a year. We had some spanish mac and pompano action after a good morning of redfish and snook fishing. The  redfish were eating good the snook were not. You have to feel that drag when a red fish gets on the line. Come on and lets go Fishin
